Depuis le 1er janvier 2022, un changement de l\u00e9gislation concernant les travailleurs des secteurs socio-culturel et sportif a eu lieu ; d\u00e9sormais, ces travailleurs sont vis\u00e9 par l\u2019article 17.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Concr\u00e8tement, cela signifie que les employeurs qui emploient des contrats article 17 (anciennement travailleurs associatifs) doivent r\u00e9aliser une d\u00e9claration DIMONA \u00a0et\u00a0disposer d\u2019une police d\u2019assurance accidents du travail souscrite aupr\u00e8s d\u2019une entreprise d\u2019assurances agr\u00e9\u00e9e, et ce \u00e0 compter du premier jour d\u2019occupation et tant que le personnel est en service.\u00a0<\/p>\n
